About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency's Business Insurance, Agribusiness Specialty Practice is looking for a passionate and people-oriented customer service professional to develop, implement and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management customer service to our clients. As a Senior Client Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth client experience by managing day-to-day customer service interactions and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with our Agribusiness clients. Requirements

  • Active P&C insurance license.
  • At least 5 years of Agribusiness industry and product line experience with a strong understanding of Agribusiness operations and associated risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex Agribusiness client needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred designations include CLCS, CIC, CPCU and AFIS, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
  • Manage commercial Agribusiness and farm accounts: including negotiating new and renewal policies with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, responding to policy inquiries, and checking policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide customers with insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records on customers in our agency management system.
  • Work with colleagues to find and follow-through on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure that you and your designated sales and service team provide effective and efficient customer service.
  • Follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established workflows.
  • Ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team.
