About The Position

ADP is hiring a Senior Client Experience Analyst to elevate our Client Experience Insights and Operations through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights. The Senior CX Analyst gets to know the business intimately from both the perspective of our clients and the shoes of our associates. They are shape shifters - able to take on the perspective data and key stakeholders while putting the puzzle pieces together. Ultimately, this role will be able to interpret various forms of data quickly - both quantitative and qualitative - and can easily synthesize complex concepts into simple solutions by storytelling through presentations. To thrive in this role, you will have a passion for learning, data exploration, data analysis and data visualization while presenting the story through presentations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, executive storytelling, senior-level presentation development, or data synthesis with a focus on client experience.
  • Proven ability to prepare tactical and strategic insights for field leaders and senior executives, respectively.
  • Strong data presentation and visualization skills for creating compelling presentations and data visualizations.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights.
  • Project or program management experience, and proven ability to manage deadlines and deliverables independently.
  • A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

  • Experience with Salesforce for client data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact presentations using PowerPoint and Excel, with proficiency in advanced visualization tools to communicate insights to senior leaders and field teams.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, client feedback, case management notes, advisory councils to build comprehensive, audience-tailored narratives.
  • Deliver tactical insights for field leaders and strategic recommendations for senior executives, ensuring all insights are actionable and measurable.
  • Collaborate with demanding client and ADP project teams, managing aggressive timelines and prioritizing multiple requests effectively.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other data platforms to extract and analyze client experience data, enhancing decision-making and retention strategies.
  • Manage client feedback programs and listening posts to amplify the client perspective and deliver a great experience.
  • Transform raw data into compelling stories that highlight client experience opportunities and drive business results.
  • Develop and deliver presentations that balance technical precision with accessible, persuasive language for diverse audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally to align insights with HRO's client experience goals, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Context-switch between strategic initiatives and tactical deliverables, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines.
