About The Position

The Client Experience Sr Analyst position requires relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area, characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education. The majority of time is spent on performing technically based activities, contributing to and managing projects, providing advice and/or direction in primary areas of expertise, utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations, and leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders. Work is primarily achieved individually or through project teams, utilizing technical expertise to achieve results. At senior levels, the role may act in a 'function leadership' capacity without direct people leadership responsibilities. The position requires knowledge and experience in the discipline, while still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. The analyst will build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers, solve a range of straightforward problems, and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures, receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction.
