About The Position

The Specialty Senior Client Sales Executive at Argano plays a crucial role within the sales function, setting and executing strategic direction for the assigned industry territory and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. This is a hunter role and requires focus on driving sales and maintaining a high-level of client satisfaction. They are responsible for finding new business opportunities, engaging new clients or prospects, developing proposals, and handling the contract process. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to target and engage prospective clients, fostering strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Client Executive plays a crucial role in driving the company's expansion and ensuring client satisfaction. Argano is currently seeking an experienced, organized, self-motivated and energetic individual with a strong track record of success to manage EPM sales opportunities in the U.S. and Canada areas. This person must possess a strong drive to succeed, be proactive in client service, enjoy developing and following up on leads for new business, have good knowledge of corporate performance management solutions and present a professional demeanor which will reflect positively on Argano and our company image. This Specialty Senior Client Executive will report to the Vice President, EPM Lead and will be responsible for developing new business. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients interested in learning more about Argano services and solutions in the assigned industry territory. Attention to detail, sales acumen, experience leading complex sales cycles and pipeline hygiene are critical elements of the role.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of demonstrated experience selling Oracle Cloud EPM and/or other enterprise performance management solutions.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading complex sales cycles to fruition.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members or individually.
  • Strong interpersonal, social, and networking skills with an executive presence.
  • Exceptional project leadership and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ensure that your management, clients and prospects are receiving timely responses and support as needed.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Proven track record for forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Pipeline Development: Proven track record of sourcing opportunities from lead to prospect to close.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Functional background including finance, accounting and computer skills experience is a plus
  • The candidate must reside in area of the United States. While we will work to minimize travel (including coordinating some work to be performed off-site), qualified candidates should be available to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
