This role provides essential support to the IronSpire team by managing both internal operations and external client needs. Responsibilities include supporting the IronSpire team in internal client engagement matters as well as external client needs. This includes setting up the client in internal firm platforms, drafting contracts, running reports, proposals, as well as client meeting and communications. Flexibility to learn multiple softwares and master Microsoft Office Suite to enable efficiencies for internal and external engagement matters. Ability to take on and prioritize multiples tasks, both independently and in a team environment, as well as find solutions for new issues that may arise. Attend proposal meetings with prospects and help draft proposals, while also maintaining internal log of sales activity and tracking progress. Support engagement billing process by preparing monthly pre-bills, data analysis, receipt reconciliation, spreadsheets and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Support the scheduling needs of the client engagement team and their clients, including setting quarterly client meetings and attending to create future action items with the IronSpire Team, and other ad hoc client requests.
