The Senior Client Delivery Specialist serves as a strategic operational partner for assigned Client Relationship Managers (CRMs). This role is responsible for full lifecycle workflow management, cross-functional coordination, business process execution, and administrative oversight. The Sr. Specialist ensures seamless handoffs across teams, reduces attorney administrative burden, and accelerates client service delivery.
