Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Property/Casualty License Required.
  • 5 years Insurance Experience Required.
  • Working knowledge of Agency Management Systems.
  • Ability to use menu-driven software in addition to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Acord forms.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display trustworthiness, integrity, sincerity and discretion.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Applied Epic system is a plus but not required.
  • An interest in meeting new people and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Maintain Agent/Broker License through continuing education.
  • Earn or maintain CISR Designation.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position.
  • Meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
