ROLE The Senior Client Advisor plays a key role in driving store performance through exceptional sales results and elevated client engagement. Recognized as a reference point on the sales floor, they lead by example, delivering memorable and sophisticated client experiences while consistently achieving individual sales and key performance indicators. Through strong product expertise, passion for fashion culture, and authentic client relationships, the Senior Client Advisor brings the Dolce & Gabbana universe to life and supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, while upholding Dolce & Gabbana’s values, image, and standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering elevated, client-centric service within luxury fashion, accessories, or premium hospitality, with a strong record of sales performance
  • Leads by example on the sales floor through exceptional client engagement, professionalism, and personal standards
  • Passion for fashion culture with a refined sense of personal style and the ability to create personalized looks
  • Strong business mindset with an entrepreneurial, results-driven approach to building and growing a client book
  • Collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change and growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor through exceptional individual sales performance and client engagement.
  • Support the onboarding of new Client Advisors and contribute to the ongoing development of team members by sharing best practices and product expertise on the sales floor.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment through professionalism and teamwork on the sales floor.
  • Deliver outstanding and elevated client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
  • Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, placing them at the center, identifying their needs and anticipating their future requests.
  • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.
  • Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals by having a business mindset and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for the client, demonstrating passion for the fashion culture.
  • Build transparent and genuine relationships with clients, creating unique and lasting connections.
  • Communicate in a professional and authentic way, with clients and colleagues.
  • Effectively use all the available tools to optimize business opportunities.
  • Proactively support the front and back-of-house teams, their achievements and ultimately the overall team spirit.
