About The Position

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional Senior Client Advisor career opportunity available at our new Charlotte SouthPark Mall boutique. ROLE The Senior Client Advisor (SCA) provides a unique, memorable, and sophisticated experience to all clients while supporting the boutique’s leadership team. This role involves coaching the sales team, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards across the boutique. The SCA upholds Dolce & Gabbana’s values and image while acting as a role model for the team. MISSION Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations. Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations, ensuring smooth execution of the sales ceremony. Drive individual and store KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, Conversion, and Data Enrichment. Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge. Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration. Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools. Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM), to build and retain relationships with our current clients, appointment selling and client acquisition. Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients. Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination. Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed. Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes. Foster a collaborative and professional store environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Women's and Men’s RTW experience
  • Results-driven with leadership capabilities
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
