Requirements

• Experience in third-party liability claims handling (particularly general liability, medical professional liability, products liability, or related areas)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with insurance coverages, legal/medical terminology, and claims systems
• A customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellence
• A degree in a related field or equivalent experience (J.D is a plus for some roles)

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate third-party liability claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Manage claims from initial report through resolution, including management of litigation
• Communicate with insureds, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Apply best practices and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Manage claim-related expenses and documentation
• Deliver high-quality service throughout the claim life cycle
