Requirements

• 5+ years closing experience (sales, insurance, legal, collections, investigations, real estate,financial services)
• Proven track record with skeptical or resistant prospects
• Executive-level communication skills
• Self-motivated pipeline management
• CRM proficiency
• High ethical standards

Nice To Haves

• Asset recovery, unclaimed property, or heir search experience
• Skip tracing or public records familiarity
• Commission-only experience
• Background explaining complex financial/legal processes

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of stalled or skeptical claimant cases
• Develop strategic re-engagement plans
• Address objections about legitimacy, fees, and process with authority
• Confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset connections
• Collaborate with genealogists and research teams
• Explain the recovery process and contingency fee structure
• Guide claimants through legal documents
• Convert skeptics into signed agreements
• Manage your own case pipeline in CRM
