Zurich is looking for a Senior Claims Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic Customer & Distribution Management team. In this role, you'll spearhead relationship management efforts for large, intricate accounts within a regional subset. Collaborating closely with various business units and functional teams, you'll implement strategies aimed at enhancing claims value-added services, fostering profitable growth, and elevating technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and retention. Acting as the primary account liaison, you'll address customer service issues and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for swift resolution.
