As a Senior Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.

Requirements

• Proficient in managing client claims through thorough interpretation of coverage and education on risk solutions.
• Extensive experience in handling intricate construction claims.
• Skilled in leading claim reviews and educating clients and teams on best practices.
• Adept at collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized service strategies.
• Experienced in following client service workflows and maintaining accurate client files.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in claims handling within an agency or similar environment.
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field.
• AIC, CIC, CPCU, SCLA or other related professional designation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
• Manage client claims through thorough interpretation of coverage and education on risk solutions while effectively advocating for clients.
• Handle intricate construction claims, showcasing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Lead claim reviews and educate clients and teams on best practices, participating in client meetings to deliver tailored claims management services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized service strategies, fostering strong relationships and analyzing insurance needs.
• Follow client service workflows, utilize internal resources for enhanced efficiency, maintain accurate client files, and ensure data completeness.
