Our Commercial Management Office is hiring a Senior Claims Analyst (M&E) – CPG Claims. This role will provide review, assessment, and expertise in the management of the claims process to support the Capital Projects Group’s delivery of capital and infrastructure projects, including analysis of claims and providing recommendations for resolution of those claims under the guidance of the Claims Manager, along with in-depth estimation and review of variations. Specifically, this role requires: Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Estimator and Quantity Surveyors who can manage costs, contracts, and procurement, including but not limited to building services in rapid transit, such as: Mechanical Systems: Design and installation of HVAC for stations, smoke control, fire protection, plumbing, and drainage systems. Electrical Systems: Power distribution, emergency power, lighting, and specialized systems for rail, such as Traction Power Substations (TPSS), OCS Foundations, cantilever, Overhead cables and underground utilities and Signaling systems. System Integration: Integration of fire alarms, public address systems, passenger information, CCTV, Communication, SCADA, and Building Code Management Systems (BCMS). And other mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements. The role also requires reviewing and producing cost estimates (class 5 to 1) and bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting feasibility studies, managing tender processes, negotiating subcontracts, valuing work in progress, and settling final accounts
