About The Position

The Senior Claims Analyst (Credit BDR) at Bank of America is responsible for resolving complex claims and escalations, including conducting in-depth analyses for both fraud and non-fraud claims. • Prior experience in a Fraud or Non-Fraud Claims back office investigations or Call Center role
• Experience in claim investigations/systems

Responsibilities

• Records data captured during client interactions accurately
