The Senior Claims Advocate administers information from clients by phone, email, and fax to process insurance claims and works with clients, adjusters, and Producers on claims status, problems, and questions. Actively researches and obtains claims data from carriers and challenges adjusters as warranted, while advocating the best possible outcome for clients in accordance with service standards. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing claims, collaborating with insureds, and assisting with problem solving in conjunction with Director of Claims.
