In this position you will provide a broad spectrum of design engineering leadership and manage the preparation of civil engineering projects, team member training and implementation of a QA/QC process for clients such as state, county and local governments as well as private development clients . The candidate will be a guide to project teams working in a fast-paced , project and client centered engineering environment where projects may range from large scale multi-year municipal programs to residential communities or commercial developments.
