This is accomplished by managing the design and construction of capital projects which include water, wastewater, stormwater, and paving improvements. Duties include but not limited to supervising the engineering staff, collaboration with consultants from project scoping through the design, bid and construction phases while coordinating with city staff, engaging with outside agencies, and positive interactions with the general public.
