This is an opportunity to manage and deliver complex land development projects for key clients and play a role in the rapid expansion of our presence in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point areas of North Carolina Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for a variety of clients Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects Present proposals to clients, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teams Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with client
