About The Position

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking an experienced Senior-level Civil Engineer / Associate for our Land group in Greensboro, North Carolina to lead operations, grow our presence in the region and shape the office’s long-term direction. This is a high-impact role that offers a path toward firm ownership. Candidates should have 10 or more years of experience in private land development, including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and storm water management (SWM).

Requirements

Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Business Development experience
Proficiency in recent versions of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
