Requirements

• BSEE (or equivalent experience)/MS preferred in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of deep submicron circuit design techniques.
• Proficiency with industry verification tools such as ESP-CV, Conformal-LEC, Insight-ERC, etc.
• Familiarity/experience with digital logic and SRAM design (decoders, dynamic logic, sense amps).
• Valuing verification as a comprehensive and intricate design task instead of a checklist procedural routine.

Nice To Haves

• Hands on experience in design and analysis of digital and RAM circuits is a plus.
• Experience with RTL, logic synthesis and verification, knowledge of Place and Route, and understanding of Design-for-test (DFT) is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, Perl, Shell, Tcl and automation methods/algorithms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in innovative processor design in deep submicron technologies.
• Collaborate as part of a custom RAM design team to support verification of innovative circuits.
• Support designer efforts in running formal verification, electronic rule checking, and other verification flows.
• Study and investigate RAM innovations and develop methodologies and testbenches to ensure circuit robustness for high yielding silicon products.
• Engage with industry tool AEs to qualify new tool releases, learn about new tool features, and act as a liaison representing the design team's needs.
