About The Position

CTG is seeking a Senior CIAM Engineer to support the Modern Desktop Program within the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience (CDRR) organization. You will design, implement, and manage customer identity and access solutions to ensure secure, seamless user experiences. Location: Manhattan, NY (onsite 3 days/week) Duration: 6-8 months

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Identity and Access Management, with a CIAM focus.
  • Proficiency with OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with endpoint security and enterprise desktop management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in large-scale desktop modernization or cloud transformation programs
  • knowledge of identity-related regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy CIAM solutions aligned with security architecture and modern desktop initiatives.
  • Integrate identity services with Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
  • Migrate legacy access systems to modern CIAM platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal identity governance standards.
  • Document CIAM configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor identity-related incidents and support audits.
  • Develop automation and self-service capabilities for identity lifecycle management.
