AECOM is looking for an experienced Senior Chemistry Expert. The position is based out of our Chelmsford, MA office, although the work may be done remotely. The selected candidate will be a senior chemistry technical expert and will be responsible for mentoring and collaborating with a team of chemists to provide technical and logistical oversight for Federal environmental projects. Key responsibilities include task management, technical leadership, quality assurance, data analysis and interpretation, and client communication. Strong interpersonal and technical writing skills are critical, as is the ability to work effectively with internal and external team members and clients. The selected candidate must be well organized and have experience managing and prioritizing several assignments at one time, while delivering quality products on time and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of environmental chemistry programs, from data collection and analysis to ensuring regulatory compliance and developing long-term environmental strategies.
