About The Position
The Senior Chemist will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and have at least 5 years' experience within cosmetic development. They will be responsible for taking product briefs from concept through to completion working closely with the sales teams associated with those projects. They will be required to delegate and oversee the work of Laboratory Technicians and Junior Chemists and oversee their training and mentorship. Senior Chemists report to the Senior R&D Manager.
