About The Position
The position is for a Senior to Expert Level Bench Characterization Engineer within Teradyne's Silicon Technology Engineering group. The role focuses on supporting new product development by creating bench-level test plans, designing PCBs, developing software for device communication, automating measurements, troubleshooting, and generating reports on findings. The engineer will collaborate closely with the ASIC design team, ATE test team, and internal customers to ensure effective product testing and characterization.
