In this role, you will be accountable for the strategic planning, execution, and performance of multiple marketing channels that span various touchpoints, impacting thousands of branch teams and millions of clients. You will support go-to-market strategies by providing guidance and orchestration tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and deliver marketing consultation to internal collaborators. Personalization and targeting will be key components of your responsibilities, as you will create omni-channel plans that deliver significant business impact and value to audiences. Measurement, analytics, and optimization will also be critical aspects of this position. You will lead the analysis of performance outcomes across various channels, leveraging external data sources and user behavior to derive insights and make recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring that investments in Growth Marketing align with firm revenue goals. Leadership skills will be essential as you manage external agencies and technology partners, and you will be responsible for maintaining channel integrity and ensuring brand representation across all direct-to-consumer experiences.
