About The Position

Jabra is seeking a highly driven Senior Channel Account Manager to grow the relationship with CDW, one of Jabra’s most strategic national reseller partners. This is a Sr. CAM position on a team that has equal responsibility for managing CDW. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships across all levels within CDW, driving revenue growth across Jabra’s audio and video product portfolio, and ensuring CDW is aligned with Jabra’s go-to-market strategy. This role will require strong sales acumen, partner development skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Jabra and their assigned accounts. This position is located in Chicago, and requires being on-site in the CDW HQ office 2-3 days per week. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the UC/Collaboration category.
  • Demonstrated success managing in the CDW ecosystem & possess a deep understanding of their sales structure.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time.
  • Location in Chicago area with ability to be in CDW offices up to 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal Jabra CDW team and key CDW stakeholders to develop and implement annual CDW business plans.
  • Align key Jabra objectives with CDW initiatives to maximize Jabra presence within CDW.
  • Identify areas of opportunity within CDW and create development plans to unlock new business.
  • Define KPIs that are meaningful to Jabra's success with CDW and create a standardized process for quarterly review to determine successful plan execution.
  • Develop key relationships across all CDW business unit segments to advance Jabra’s relevance.
  • Align closely with our funded Brand Manager to enhance their role in Jabra’s success with CDW.
  • Participate in monthly “check-in” review and formal quarterly business reviews with CDW and Jabra stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with key alliance partners within the CDW ecosystem and develop strategies around them.
  • Develop and maintain sales leadership relationships across all CDW sales segments.
  • Ensure alignment with CDW segments and quickly rectify coverage gaps.
  • Facilitate relationships between Jabra field sellers and the CDW counterparts, including CDW remote offices.
  • Facilitate development of semi-annual marketing investment plans and ownership of measuring ROI.
  • Provide guidance on CDW rep incentives and review quarterly results to ensure effectiveness.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly forecasts and coordinate with CDW team to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 and CDW Team meetings to review account status and bring forward risks.
  • Drive personal accountability through KPI setting and regular review of results.
  • Lead with a team-first attitude by actively collaborating with internal Jabra team members.
