About The Position

The Change Manager at HTC Global Services will lead the change management plan for the migration from legacy CRM and Marketo to Salesforce's Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of change activities, and facilitating teams through the transition process. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing change communications and supporting the execution of change activities, with a focus on both strategic planning and hands-on involvement.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in change management.
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in the MedTech industry or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is ideal but not mandatory.

  • Experience in the MedTech industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
