About The Position

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related discipline plus 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated research skills and capacity for empirical analyses.

  • Aptitude for teamwork with high expectations for cooperation and accountability.
  • Knowledge of contemporary Jewish education and American Jewish life/institutional landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Editorial management of the CASJE Research Digest, including conducting literature scans, selecting studies, and managing expert consultants.
  • Design and implement high-quality, evidence-based professional learning programs for Jewish communal leaders and practitioners.
  • Support the Principal Investigator in the development and execution of CASJE research projects, including IRB applications and qualitative research.
  • Raise CASJE's visibility by sharing research findings through presentations and public writing.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with Jewish educational leaders to understand their research-based knowledge needs.
  • Stay current on emerging research relevant to Jewish education.
  • Participate in the intellectual leadership of the Collaboratory: A Center for Jewish Education.
