About The Position

The Senior Catering and Events Manager at Hilton Waikoloa Village is responsible for selling and servicing local corporate and social events. Responsibilities

• Negotiate business through proposals and contracts to close business.
• Sell and service local corporate and social events.
• Create and design menus and events to maximize revenue and enhance event experience.
• Maintain existing relationships with corporate and social accounts.
• Document and coordinate events with sales, hotel departments, and customers.
• Ensure seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales.
• Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling and offering enhancements.
• Serve as the primary contact for event planning following turnover on property.
• Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals.
