About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Senior Category Manager to be responsible for developing the sourcing strategy to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include analyzing category spend to achieve cost savings goals, evaluating current and prospect new suppliers, and for analyzing costing to gain best product value. This position owns and leads supplier relationships that have significant impact to business segment success and manages cross-functional project initiatives on behalf of department. This role is also a key leader in training, coaching, and development of category managers for Sourcing Skill methodologies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and experience using Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email)

Nice To Haves

• 2 years Supply Chain experience preferred
• 5-7 years of sourcing/purchasing experience preferred
• 4-year degree preferred
