About The Position
The MRO Senior Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing and procurement strategies for spend related to Shop Operations + Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies and other related category suppliers. This role focuses on enhancing operational reliability and cost efficiency, while ensuring quality and safety across all facilities supporting Gerber Collision Centers and other Boyd Group companies. The position requires strong supplier management, negotiation skills, and deep market knowledge in Shop Operations + MRO products and services. Subcategories included in Shop Operations + MRO category include, but are not limited to: Shop Supplies, Shop Equipment (welders, paint booths, etc.) and services.
