Position Overview As Senior Case Manager, youll report to the Team Leader and supervise a team of three Case Managers as well as manage your own case load. Youll provide assessment, counseling, and referral services to shelter clients; ensure that proper protocols are being followed; and perform quality assurance activities regarding delivery of services.
