This part-time opportunity gives you the chance to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to seniors close to home — all while building a schedule that works for you. We’re currently seeking caregivers available for daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with flexible options of 4, 8, or 12-hour assignments. Why You’ll Enjoy Being Part of Our Team Competitive wages, with additional pay for weekend shifts and couple-care cases $1,000 hiring bonus Scheduling flexibility designed around your availability Overtime pay opportunities Quarterly awards recognizing outstanding caregivers 24/7 access to on-call support Encouraging leadership and accessible management Room for career growth and advancement Extra Earning Opportunities Earn an additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts $3 per hour for couples What You’ll Do Deliver personalized, one-on-one care in clients’ homes Support daily routines such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide meaningful companionship and emotional encouragement Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Offer medication reminders Help with mobility and light physical activity Complete light housekeeping tasks and laundry Assist with errands and transportation Follow each client’s customized Home Plan of Care What We’re Looking For At least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to successfully complete a background check and interview process Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not mandatory Skills & Physical Abilities Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal) Patient, adaptable, and professional attitude Well-groomed appearance and dedication to high-quality care Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and sitting Comfortable using stairs and assisting with client mobility
