What You’ll Do as a Caregiver: Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being. Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team. Who We’re Looking For: Caring Heart: You’re passionate about helping seniors and creating a positive impact. Great Communicator: You can connect with clients and team members effortlessly. Experienced Professional: At least two years of caregiving experience is preferred. Minimum 2 year experience working with seniors, currently enrolled in a nursing program, or completion of a CNA course CNA training (not required, but a plus!) Reliable and Trustworthy: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to excellence. $15-$18.50 Depending on experience. BONUS OPPORTUNITIES DURING EVERY SHIFT The Attendance Bonus Program is designed to show appreciation for those who consistently show up on time and ready to provide exceptional care! Clock in and out on time for all scheduled shifts (no late check-ins). Work all scheduled hours (no absences).
