Triangle has an immediate opening for a Senior Career Advancement Specialist at our Salem Day Services. This advanced role builds on the Career Advancement Specialist position and provides leadership in employment development, program innovation, and staff onboarding. The Senior Career Advancement Specialist equips adults with disabilities to achieve meaningful career and personal goals by expanding access to supported and competitive integrated employment, collegiate pathways, and workforce readiness opportunities. The employee is expected to adhere to Triangle policy and procedures, foster a positive, solution-oriented culture consistent with Triangle's mission, promote employment, self-advocacy, and independence across programs and participants, act as a role model within and outside of Triangle, maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards participants, staff, and community partners, communicate regularly with supervisor, demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload, and consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position, with a willingness to flex hours as needed.
