About The Position

Senior Care Advisor — Chapel Hill / Durham Base + Commission | $120,000+ OTE fully ramped BlueDot Cares is launching in Chapel Hill and Durham, and we're hiring our founding Senior Care Advisor (SCA) for the market. This is a field sales role — not a desk job. You will own referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, rehabs, assisted living communities, hospice, and physicians, and you will convert those relationships into home care clients and senior placements. About BlueDot Cares We are a Charlotte-based home care and senior placement company scaling from 1 to 100 locations over the next decade. We run two lines of business under one roof — non-medical home care and senior living placement — which gives our advisors 2x the revenue per family relationship compared to single-service competitors. We are Teepa Snow dementia-certified and aligned with the Medicare GUIDE dementia program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, senior living, home care, hospice, medical device, or pharma.
  • A book of local referral relationships or the hunter mentality to build one fast.
  • Comfort in clinical environments — you can walk into a discharge planner's office and add value in 90 seconds.
  • Ownership mindset. You don't wait for leads; you create them.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Make 10–15 in-person referral calls per day on hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehabs, hospice, and physician offices.
  • Execute our 52 Weeks Marketing system — weekly routing, consistent touches, themed monthly messaging.
  • Convert warm digital leads (Meta, Google) into in-home assessments and signed clients.
  • Guide families through senior placement decisions and coordinate community tours.
  • Track every activity in Zoho CRM. No activity, no pipeline.
