As a Senior Capture Team Lead, you will be responsible for shaping markets and capturing new business for Millennium Space Systems. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and execution, translating mission area priorities into executable campaigns that drive measurable growth. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will lead campaign activities across one or more mission areas, owning efforts from early opportunity identification through contract award and transition to execution. You will partner closely with engineering, programs, Contracts and Global Supply Chain leadership to ensure solutions, capabilities, and investments are aligned to win and deliver. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy. This position is fully onsite at our office in El Segundo, California. This position’s internal job title is Marketing and Sales Rep. Our team is currently hiring for level 4.
