The Electronics Systems Sector (ES), Command Control Communications Computers Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems business area, Advanced Mission Solutions Product Line is seeking a Senior Capture Team Leader. This position, located in San Diego, California will report directly to the Senior Director, Advanced Mission Solutions Business Winning. This position will serve as the Capture Team Leader, responsible for long-term positioning and capture execution for top opportunities across the Advanced Mission Solutions portfolio. This position will support captures across the IC and DoD to include National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), U.S. Space Force, US Air Force, US Navy and commercial offerings. Ideal candidate will have domain experience in one or many of the domains identified in requirements and the ability to support captures across multiple areas of the Advanced Mission Solutions Portfolio.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years related business experience with an emphasis on capture and/or program management work.
• Active US Secret Clearance and ability to achieve and retain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Successful experience managing and winning large (> $50M lifecycle value) and complex programs.
• Experience in design, development/manufacture, and sustainment of complex solutions for the Intelligence and Defense markets.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Related Field preferred.
• Military service or civilian service in the DoD/IC.
• Shipley or Equivalent Capture Certification or Training/PMP and/or APMP preferred.
• Commercial Software Development or Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new business with special emphasis on leading and capturing top priority pursuits.
• Lead multi-functional, high-performance teams to capture strategic business in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the pursuit and successful capture of key opportunities.
• Ensure that all captures follow the business winning standards, processes and lifecycle management review processes.
• Lead a matrixed team of functional and support specialists throughout the capture to develop the overall solution.
• Develop customer contact plans related to the capture pursuit.
• Develop an understanding of bid price sensitivity and apply an overarching pricing strategy.
• Lead the development of an integrated offering and ensure win strategies drive the submitted proposal.
• Set, communicate and gain approval for bid teaming and subcontracting strategy.
• Serve as the strategic thought leader through the capture process.
• Plan and manage new business funds (NBF) budgets for opportunity pursuits.
