The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $284,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
Minimum of 4000 hours total flight time, 2000 hours Multi-Engine
Valid first-class medical certificate and ability to travel abroad freely
Valid Passport
Flawless safety record: No history of FAA enforcement
Reliable & Punctuality: Must be exceptionally dependable and timely
Must be willing to relocate within 80 miles radius of Salisbury, MD
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions

Nice To Haves

ATP Certificate
Multi Engine Embraer Phenom 300 type rating
Corporate flight experience

While we would prefer someone with a type rating in the aircraft that we fly, we are more interested in finding the right cultural fit.
