About The Position
The New York State Department of Transportation is seeking a Senior Capital Program Analyst/Capital Program Analyst Trainee 2/ Trainee 1 for the NY HELPS program in Region 3. This position is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of various databases, including the Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM) and the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The analyst will ensure data accuracy, review project schedules, create and analyze reports, process local project agreements, determine funding eligibility, and review project milestone documents. Additional duties may include supporting the department's response to emergency situations.
