Nebius is seeking a Senior Capacity Operations Manager to join the GTM Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the key interface between technical teams, commercial teams, and senior leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that the requests for compute resources are assessed and acted upon rapidly and effectively to support business needs and bringing structure and reliability to capacity planning in a rapidly evolving environment. You are welcome to work remotely from the US or Canada.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and able to create clarity for cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership; able to identify opportunities and drive execution with minimal direction.
  • High-level understanding of infrastructure, data center operations, and product architecture.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Energetic, resilient, and confident in managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming capacity requests from the sales team, aligning them with available infrastructure resources.
  • Design and implement automation to streamline capacity planning and allocation.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and commercial stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs.
  • Develop scalable processes and tools to support predictable and reliable capacity operations.
  • Anticipate future business needs and proactively propose solutions to enable growth.
