About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior – Associate Director level Campus Program Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to the General Manager, Construction, and the broader leadership team, playing a central role in guiding a large, multi-phase data center construction program. Acting as the primary liaison between the owner organization and all project delivery teams, this role ensures seamless coordination, transparent communication, and consistent alignment across a complex project lifecycle. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management, project controls, or construction delivery within large-scale, multi-phase projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, preferably in data center or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement structured processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and status reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as needed for program oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Comfort working in high-visibility, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations for the campus construction program and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Drive planning and execution of deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, trackers, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and technical delivery.
  • Ensure all project changes are thoroughly evaluated, documented, and approved.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across the program.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain alignment with procurement processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Track and report on KPIs for schedule adherence, budget performance, and quality metrics.
  • Support leadership in preparing for executive reviews, governance sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely communication of program status to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, documentation, and communication workflows.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
