The Team & Role Zuora is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead high-impact, digital-first marketing campaigns focused on finance decision-makers, including CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, FP&A, and Finance Systems leaders. You’ll own thematic, segment-driven campaigns that translate Zuora’s point of view on monetization, AI, and finance transformation into scalable programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI-powered marketing, digital execution, and revenue alignment, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, field marketing, digital marketing and Web to turn strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with clear ownership of campaign strategy and execution
  • Proven success running digital-first campaigns in a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environment
  • Experience supporting longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • Experience marketing to finance personas (CFO, FP&A, Controller, Finance Systems, RevOps)
  • Ability to simplify complex finance or technical topics into compelling campaign stories
  • Comfort operating at an executive-message level
  • Highly AI-savvy with hands-on experience using AI for marketing execution and optimization
  • Strong digital marketing foundation (paid media, LinkedIn, marketing automation, web)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect activity to business outcomes
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Clear, confident communicator who works well cross-functionally
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with finance transformation topics (monetization, revenue recognition, billing, usage-based pricing)
  • Familiarity with modern martech stacks and intent data platforms
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of finance-focused campaigns from strategic concept through execution, optimization, and revenue impact
  • Translate product narratives, market insight, and performance signals into differentiated campaign strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Build campaign programs aligned to growth motions, sales priorities, and business outcomes
  • Design campaigns that scale efficiently while enabling precision activation for priority segments and accounts
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to shape finance-led narratives including monetization, usage pricing, order-to-cash, and AI in finance
  • Activate messaging in ways that resonate with senior finance leaders and complex buying committees
  • Ensure campaign execution reflects executive priorities and business outcomes, not feature-level positioning
  • Leverage AI to accelerate campaign planning, content adaptation, personalization, and optimization
  • Orchestrate digital execution across paid media, LinkedIn, email, lifecycle, web, and retargeting channels
  • Test, operationalize, and scale AI-enabled approaches that improve relevance, speed, and performance define success metrics tied to engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence
  • Partner with Sales and Growth to align campaigns with targeting, priority accounts, and sales motions to drive pipeline in key accounts
  • Work closely with Web, Content, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive campaign experiences
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on campaign strategy, execution status, performance, and insights
  • Define success metrics tied to engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence
  • Partner with RevOps and Analytics to ensure strong attribution and reporting integrity
  • Distill large data sets into clear insights, decisions, and optimization actions
  • Iterate quickly based on performance signal to continuously improve future programs/activations
