Vendelux is here to help maximize the impact of all the events that a company sponsors and attends. We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream. Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, ModernLoop, Forter, Zulilly, NewtonX. We are seeking a technically skilled Senior Campaign Manager with B2B outreach experience to drive customer onboarding, campaign optimization, and prospect engagement with our AI-enabled meeting booking platform. This role blends technical implementation, sales outreach, and customer relationship management with a strong focus on creativity with AI tools, data-driven insights, and product feedback loops. We want candidates who are impact-driven, inventive with AI, and excited to shape the future of B2B outreach in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows.
  • Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred.
  • Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams.
  • High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
  • Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product development.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance.
  • Use data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomes.
  • Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems.
  • Build, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns.
  • Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach.
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting.
  • Track and respond to campaign replies.
  • Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels.
  • Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes.
  • Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap.
