Thomasnet.com is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of auction-based optimization strategies for our top-tier clients. This role requires a data-driven approach to campaign management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working collaboratively across teams to achieve client goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in campaign management and optimization, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement auction-based optimization strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with client KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates, and recommend strategic adjustments for optimal outcomes
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, analytics) to align campaign strategies with broader organizational goals
  • Operate and manage auction-based campaigns for top clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement
  • Leverage analytics tools to generate insights, track ROI, and present performance reports to stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies in campaign workflows and implement process enhancements for scalability and effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising campaign management, preferably with auction-based optimizations
  • Strong background in data-driven decision-making, and analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, campaign data)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
  • Proven track record of managing complex campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., programmatic media, search ads)
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across departments
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including auction dynamics and real-time bidding platforms
