About The Position
The Jabra team in Cupertino is seeking a Senior Camera Design Engineer. This position will be a key contributor to GN's existing and future Video product lines. The candidate will architect, design and implement key features on embedded systems with Android and/or RTOS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with an MS/BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least 2+ years of experience working on ISP tuning, preferably but not required on Qualcomm Spectra ISP
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or C/C++ on SoC
- Working knowledge of Android BSP on Qualcomm/Mediatek SoC
- Optimization with either CUDA or OpenCL
- Experience with any of the Android APIs like Camera2 API, gRPC, AIDL, ALSA, JNI, and HAL level programming
Responsibilities
- Camera tuning as well as post ISP image processing pipeline to produce image and video
- Subject matter expert in defining measurement criteria to evaluate different video products
- Helping Product team to define product specs
