We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO, elevating their productivity and enabling them to focus on what matters most. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring you to act as a strategic partner, implementing systems that optimize time management and operational efficiency. You will lead efforts to integrate a time management framework and a meetings framework designed by our CEO, ensuring their execution aligns with company priorities. You'll bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise—all while embodying CookUnity's values as a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador.
