About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior C++ Developer with 10+ years of hands-on development experience to design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable C++ applications . This is an onsite role requiring strong problem-solving skills, deep understanding of system-level programming, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strong C++ development experience (mandatory)
• Expertise in object-oriented programming , data structures, and algorithms
• Strong experience with debugging, profiling, and performance tuning
• Experience maintaining and enhancing large-scale or legacy C++ codebases
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software quality best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multithreading and concurrency
• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledge of build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, CMake, Make)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable C++ applications and algorithms
• Perform performance optimization , including identifying bottlenecks, improving memory usage, and enhancing execution efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing systems while ensuring high code quality
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Write and maintain unit tests , integrate software components, and support end-to-end testing
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
