About The Position
The Senior Buyer is responsible for purchasing and negotiating goods and services such as raw materials, equipment, tools, and supplies from vendors for the organization. This role involves a variety of essential duties including negotiating with vendors, reviewing requisitions, conferring with vendors to obtain product or service information, evaluating vendor quotes, maintaining procurement records, and discussing defective goods with quality control personnel.
